Me showing off my trainer's hard work - I asked him for a Jessica Biel body and all I came away with is her arms, but oh well
Still a party girl and a drama queen. Only now the parties are sponsored by the PTSA and the drama is relegated to an actual stage where my daughters perform. So yes, motherhood and wifehood has certainly changed me, but I still tap into the inner diva every now and then and let her out to play. Love doing the full-time mommy gig. My girls keep me super busy with dance classes, theatre classes, swim classes, all that good stuff. I teach a little toddler mommy and me music class once a week at my church with my three year old. This will be my fifth year, as I taught my older daughter's class, as well. Been married to a gem of a man who deserves a medal/trophy for putting up with me for the past 12 plus years. We live in Bellevue, close to both our families. You'd think we'd get free babysitting all the time from the gmas being so close by, but no such luck. We have to shell out for the real teenage babysitters. I keep threatening to move the girls out of state if the grandparents don't pick up the slack. It hasn't really done the trick so far - go figure.
Previous to motherhood, I was a dental assistant for a few years (Hadley Moulton got me the job and I worked with her - she is still at that office, in fact and I see her every time I get my teeth cleaned! Fabulous dentist if anyone is looking for one. Christopher C LeCuyer - 206-626-5400 - excellent cosmetic dentist!!!) and then worked as a recruiter's assitant. But I could not wait to be a mommy, so I started that as soon as I could after marriage. It is amazing that most of us are parents now when it just seems like five minutes ago we were invincible and reckless teenagers.
You can find me at Pegasus Pizza in Kirkland every so often, belting out some country tunes during karaoke. Not that I'm good at it, I just love pretending I can actually sing. Thank goodness for all the bells and whistles that make you sound good - whew! Dave hates to go, so I'm always on the lookout for American Idol wannabes to go with me. But only if you don't sing a billion times better than me.................. :)
